There are three packages in the range.  Each is supplied complete with the brilliant HELP module and set up documentation.

Upgrade paths are available from Basic to Sales and from Sales to Projects.

Both Receipts & Payments and Accruals accounting methods are available with the Basic and the Sales packs.  The Projects package is accruals only.

Also, if you are running the VAT option then you must run in accruals mode.
